We work with independent carriers, suppliers, clearing agents, and other third parties to coordinate your shipment. We are not a licensed freight carrier, customs broker, or insurance provider unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Quotes and estimates

Any quote or estimate provided through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone is based on the information you provide and is subject to change. Final pricing depends on actual item dimensions, weight, supplier pricing, shipping rates, customs duties, taxes, and other variables.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about the items, value, and destination.
• Ensure items can be legally exported from the U.S. and imported into Ghana.
• Comply with all applicable customs, tax, and import regulations.
• Pay all agreed charges, duties, taxes, and fees before cargo is released or shipped.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before any purchase or shipment is finalized. We do not process payments through this website. All payment instructions, accepted methods, and deadlines will be provided in writing.

5. Shipping timelines

Overseas shipping typically takes approximately six weeks, but timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, port congestion, customs inspection, carrier schedules, or other factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

We coordinate services on your behalf but are not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party carriers, suppliers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for coordination services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Insurance

Cargo insurance is not included unless explicitly arranged. We recommend that customers ask about insurance options for high-value shipments.
